LP Underground Tour - Dallas, TX - 3/20/03
by Sarah

I went to see Linkin Park on March 20th, 2003 @ Dallas' Bronco Bowl theatre. After waiting in the cold for an hour and half, we finally were allowed in and waited in line for another half an hour. Blindside came on about 20 min after I got in to the ampitheatre and the crowd didn't seem so impressed. About a half an hour after Blindside's set ended, LP came on and rocked the house down! Mike commented that the Bronco Bowl had the most seats out of all the venues they've played but everyone was off their feet and rockin hard. Because I bought my tickets so late, I got seat tickets, they were OK tho. The concert rocked! After the show was over, my cousin noticed that Mike and Chester had jumped into the pit and were signing autographs. We ran down there and right as Mike was grabbing my poster, the security guard pulled him up on stage. Joe was filming the whole thing up on stage. These preppy girls were down there in the pit yelling "DJ Guy! DJ Guy!" As if they didn't know the name of the great Mr. Hahn. The day after the concert, I could barely talk because I screamed so loud. The day was very special because it was CHESTER'S Birthday. The crowd sang him "Happy Birthday" which rocked. The only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that they didn't play my 2 fave songs, "High Voltage" and "Pushing me Away". The show was a lot more intimate than the last time I saw them on Projekt Rev. tour and it was a huge venue. ---Sarah
