the freakers ball, a new twist in halloween festivities. i've never been to one, but i've heard plenty about them. linkin' park came on, it seemed as if though most people had no idea who they were. the sound in the place was pretty bad. opiate was too loud, ear piercing, but linkin' park didn't seem to have any vocals or guitar in the mix. but overall a good set on their part, people were lined up to meet them and get some stuff signed afterwards so it proved effective. they just need to stop playing all these radio shows. this is the 3rd one now, in the last 2 months. the kids were into it and actually knew more than the single, so i wasn't complaining. their new cd "hybrid theory" came out the 24th, pick it up. linkin' park setlist: a place for my head, in the end, by myself, papercut, with you, points of authority, runaway, one step closer we were outside watching the kids go nuts to meet linkin' park so i think we missed whatever set corporate avenger had.
