So there was this guy at school (who was a year younger than me) who had tickets the the Projekt Revolution Tour. I was just dying to go because lp was going to be there. so that guy (alex) asked me out and i said yes. (because of the tickets) i know it was selfesh and mean but i wanted those tickets really bad. besides, he had gone out with like half the girls in our grade ne way so it wasn't like a "serious relationship" or ne thing like that. so ne ways... it was mid january and the tickets he had were dated 2-21-02 and i didn't want to go out with him that long. i didn't even like him and everyone at skool was making fun of me because he was a looser and was a year younger than me!! so i dumped him a week later because it was just too mean. then a couple weeks later i got this thing in that mail that had to do with linkin park. so i opened it and it was for the trinity kids care at the house of blues in LA on 3-4-02. i was soooo excited. the only problem was that the tickets were $85 and DID NOT have that kind of money. neither did my mom (don't have a dad) so i didn't know what to do. i tried to get money from neighbors buy cleaning and washing cars and stuff. it didn't work because no one called me to do ne thing for them to earn money!! so i have this friend chelsea, and she likes linkin park (not that much but enough to go to their concert) she had gotten the same thing in the mail that i had gotten and new what a big fan i was so she asked me if i wanted to go with her. i told her that i would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to go but i couldn't because of the money. she said that her mom would pay for me and we ended up going with a bunch of ppl who, half of them, didn't even know who linkin park was and had never heard ne of their music. i was soooo happy. my and chelsea and the ppl that came with us were the first ppl to actually walk in the house of blues in hollywood. we got to cut the whole line bcuz her mom has connections. the djs came out after everyone was in the tiny little space and were playing rap music and asking kids to come up on stage and try to crip. all of my friends pointed at me to go up there (because i can crip walk) but then the guy chose this little kid with an afro who happens to go to my skool. hes a year younger than me though (and it wasn't alex, my ex). i just remember when linkin park finally came out i was just waiting for chester to come out, bcuz hes my fav. and when he did i yelled as loud as i could and sang every word to every song that they played. at the end of the concert chester and mike began to sign autographs for a while and all my friends (who barely even like lp) were getting their autographs. i was so pissed!! so i just shoved my way to the front and got chesters autograph on a pic of the band that i had printed earlier that day. and then someone announced that linkin park was leaving in like a minute and i still didn't have mikes autograph and i was not close enough to him to get him to sign my paper that chester signed. so i tugged on my brand new converse and threw one of them to the security gaurd i got mikes last autograph on my shoe!!! it was the best night of my life!! i'm so happy i got to see them! it was something i will remember for a lifetime.

P.S. lp r the best! they didn't have to stay and sign autographs if they didn't want to. but they do that at the end of most/or every show they do because they r so dedicated to their fans. how sweet is that! and the concert that they did at the house of blues was a charity and they did it for free because they wanted to help those sick children who couldn't go home. they r just so caring!
