Tizbaby14@aol.com's Review I went to Ozzfest in Atlanta, GA on July 7th. It started at 10am, well that's when the 2nd stage bands performed until 3pm. My cousin, my bro and his friends and me were just walkin' around and just joined the crowd near the second stage. Well on the way there, some dude was holding a sign that said that Linkin Park was going to have an autograph signing at a booth at 3pm. The time seemed to creep by so freakin' slow but now that Ilook back on it, it went by hella fast. Anyway, I got in line but Taproot was there. Not many wanted their autographs from what I saw. After they left, 10 minutes later a cheer erupted from the beginning of the lineand I looked towards them and saw Joe, Mike, Phoenix, Rob, Brad, and Chester walkin in! My heart just stopped. They look so freakin hot in person. They sat down and the line started movin' and I was just like "Okay this is what I'm going to say!" and I was rehearsing my lines in my head hehe but when I got aruond to Joe, I was so star struck I couldn't say anything excep t Hey. I didn't stare at him but I was just stealing glances and he caught me in mid-glance and flashed this big ass smile. Man he's so fine for an Asian. (I'm Asian too and I don't like Asians usually :P) But then Mike signed it and he smiled his cheeky little smile. And Phoenix signed it. (He shaved his beard and mustache) And Rob was nice and he had a real nice smile. He was just like "Hey how u doin" and then Brad and Chester. My god when I got to Chester I was about to start hyperventilating or pass out or some shit. It was like...DAMN I'm lookin at him upclose.but he said thanks to me and I was like thinkin "thanks? to me?" but I just said thanks and walked away, the happiest fucking person in the world. I got back to my bro and the others and Crazytown was performing and we only had two tickets so my bro and I went in but then he told me he wanted to be on the lawn with his other friend when Linkin Park came on. So he switched tickets with his other friend and we stood in front. Then Disturbed perfo rmed and it was awesome. Then finally...LINKIN PARK! I totally went nuts and my bro's friend didn't know LP real well so he was like "dang" and I was just jumpin up and down, cheering until my throat hurt. I'm not sure what the order of their setlist was but they played With You, Papercut, One Step Closer, Crawling, Runaway, A Place For My Head, By Myself, In The End, Points of Authority...and that's it I think. I was practically the only one screaming out the lyrics. I couldn't even hear myself cuz it was so fucken loud. Then while Mike was rappin, Chester was jackin off with the microphone and he broke it hahahah so he had to go backstage and get a new one. They were so awesome! they got the crowd goin' and everything. Mosh pits were forming and people were standin up and jumpin up and down. For fun, when Mike was looking in my area, I flicked him off a couple of times but he didn't really notice. so I was like man..but they were tellin everybody that was sittin down to get up off their asses and jump up i n the fucken air and throw their motherfucken hands in the air. It was so awesome! Then they were done (Only 30 minutes which SUCKED!!!! cuz Papa Roach and disturbed for like 45 minutes and shit!) I screamed out Chester's name but he only half-turned so I dunno if he heard me. Anyway, Papa Roach came on, and he was alright, the best part of his show..or the funniest was when someone threw a bloody tampon on stage. hahahah Then Slipknot performed and they are fucken awesome live! Reverend B.Dangerous is a crazy ass mofo! He ran running powerdrills up his nose and stapled a shirt to his forehead and his arms and hammered nails up his nose. there was blood everywhere. It was so fucken cool. Anyway, I left after Slipknot..but I recommend to everybody to go to FUCKEN OZZFEST WHEN IT COMES TO A CITY NEAR YOU!!!! Meetin' Linkin Park was the best moment of my life. Nothin' will ever top it until I meet them again and actually say something.
